Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing an order with us by sending an email to our Customer Service Desk at care@merinomere.com with your order number. The refund will be processed within 7-10 days and credited back to the same payment method used for the purchase within 4-5 Days.
If the order has been dispatched, it will be treated as a return, and the return policy will apply.

What is the Exchange Policy on Merinomere?
To request an exchange for eligible items except for the sale products, email us at care@merinomere.com within 2 working days of delivery and we will dispatch the exchanged products within 5-7 working days.
Once acknowledged by our team, send the product back to us. We do not offer reverse pickup, and the cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using traceable mail.

Can I Cancel My Order?
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 8 hours by WhatsApp or emailing care@merinomere.com.
How Will I Receive Credit for My Money When the Desired color or design of the Exchange Product is Not Available?
A credit note will be emailed to you, valid for 90 days, to use on the Merinomere website. The credit must be used in one go.
Can I Exchange a Part of My Order?
Yes, you can exchange any eligible products within 48 hours of delivery.
Why Was My Exchange Not Accepted?
Refund Policy
Processing Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product passes our Quality Check. The actual time may vary depending on your bank’s policies.
Mode of Refunds: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will deposit the refund into your bank account. Ensure you provide accurate bank details to avoid issues.
Returning/Exchanging Your Order
Am I Entitled to a Refund/Exchange if I Shopped During a Promotion/Scheme/Offer?
Yes, you can exchange for the same type of product if available. For refunds, a proportionate amount of the total paid will be refunded.
When Will My Return Get Picked Up?
Our logistics partners will attempt to pick up the product within 3days of receiving the request. If the item is not picked up after three attempts, the return request will be considered complete. You can raise a new return request if eligible.
In some areas, we may not support pickup. In such cases, please send the items to our warehouse using a courier service. Include the invoice and return label. After sending the shipment, email the details to the Customer Service Desk. Refunds will be processed after receiving the item at our warehouse.
